Job title: Account Manager (Western half of France)
Reports to: General Manager, EMEA
Department: Sales and Marketing
Job statement: The Account Manager will use their sales expertise and experience to grow Avita's business through increasing market penetration of its products in the burn, plastics, vascular and aesthetic fields. They will be responsible for product sales in hospitals and clinics to ensure they become a standard of care.
The Account Manager must live in the area (Western half of France).
Duties and responsibilities:
The Account Manager's role involves the following duties and responsibilities at a minimum:
To sell and promote ReCell® in the Western Half of France
Develop and implement detailed sales and promotion plans to meet company objectives.
Utilise sales expertise, communication and persuasive skills to meet sales targets and provide first rate customer satisfaction.
To outline and implement commercial actions by account and follow up on progress made. Maintenance of CRM system.
To acquire and maintain the specific knowledge related to the products, specific clinical applications, surgical procedures and after care.
To attend procedures and give presentations to target audiences.
Coordinate activities aimed at influencing the market environment.
Coordinate attendance at key medical conferences, help man trade exhibits, run workshops and training programs.
Maintain direct relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers through regular travel in the region. Identify and advise the Company of market trend changes, forecasts, business development opportunities and profile potential target markets.
Work closely with all other departments within Avita to ensure the achievement of company milestones
Ensure the Company's Quality Systems are effectively implemented and manage the timely and satisfactory resolution of any customer complaints or suggestions.
Other duties as required by management from time to time.
Qualifications:The following are the minimum qualifications for the position -
Scientific or medical education (BSc or equivalent)
Experience in sales of innovative healthcare products, specialist drugs or medical devices, preferably in the regenerative skin therapeutic area.
Experience of selling to public and private hospitals and clinics
Exceptional skills in organisation, planning, negotiation, communication and presentation.
Driven and results orientated, self-motivated, honest, reliable and customer focused
Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Drivers license required
Fluent in oral and written English
